      Very good working environment with friendly colleagues around. Most of the big bosses are very very good and take a good care of subordinates

      Cons

      No life... 24hrs standby and cannot balance the working life vs. family

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Seagate. They were very good at recognizing outstanding effort. Excellent communication between groups and most employees are very willing to share knowledge.

      Cons

      Way too many layoffs. The disk drive industry in cyclical. On average, the cycle seems to me about every four years.
