      cutting edge technology decent salary and benefits some very competent managers good communication very relaxed environment in mfg and prod devt

      Cons

      very top heavy - more director level people than technicians; causes turf wars, silos, empire building, effort duplication, etc. Sr management is not diverse for a technology company engineering management is power point driven project management sr management out of touch with what goes on in factory floor and work flow realities- they do not go on floor. Culture does not force engineers to go in factory floor and solve problems but sit at desk Legacy organization- old boys look out for each other, lot of dead wood No accountability for under performers

      Challenging technology in a fast-paced environment There's never a shortage of fires that need to be put out. Plenty of room for growth.

      Work doesn't always get recognized within such a large company. It's up to you to make sure you are heard. Yearly employee reviews often times don't make sense - they are rather subjective, and lack consistency across groups/departments.
