      Pros

      Well run, well managed, well organized company. Good systems and processes in place. Not as bureaucratic as you would expect for a company its size. Good staff and great work environment. Committed to communicating to its employees.

      Cons

      The California manufacturing sites faced an uncertain future for a long time and the work was finally moved off shore for cost reasons.

      Great working conditions personal health care, good salary, lots of bonus and incentive schemes, profit share, stock purchase plans rewards and recognitions etc

      Cons

      management were very weak and in some cases completely incompetent and frankly the fact that some of them managed to get promoted in the posotions they were in was amazing. Too many meetings and it was also hard to dismiss poorly performing employees.
