      Pros

      great lower level managers, outstanding cafeteria, great coworkers, everyone is always nice and always helpful. the people make all the difference

      Cons

      senior management is sometimes inept and doesnt really listen to the small employee, especially with cost saving advice etc. very standardized and procedural which doesnt allow for a lot of creativity

      The company does have great benefits and salary.

      Its all about who you know and not what you know. Until that culture changes, the company will not be the leader in the industry.

      Challenging work Strong Upper Management Values Employees as People Strong line between work and personal life. Great Benefits Good perks such as workout center, full-cafeteria, clean and well-maintained work facilities. Semi-Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Your experience may vary depending on your manager. In general the middle-managers are quite good, but there are always exceptions to that. I've been at other companies where incompetent managers were somewhat of a norm. Not here. You may or may not like them, but they are usually effective. The collaboration between groups is minimal at best, and for some reason the culture does nothing to try and change that, but reinforces it.
