Pros

Challenging work, great benefits, excellent work-life balance. Managers are extremely nice, they care for their employees. The stock options are great and the bonus is descent.

Cons

There was nothing wrong that I came across.

Pros

In my department we have a good work environment with a hands off management style that encourages you to creatively solve problems. Management and the interview teams are very careful about not only picking qualified engineers, but personalities that fit the team and the role needed. The hours our flexible, and usually are in the 40-52 hr/wk range. There are of course the crunch times which will occasionally blow by that, but it's not too often. Management has been real good about just telling you to "go home" after the crunch has passed.

Cons

It's a very large company, and comes with the typical large company rigmarole.
