Pros
This place still has quite a bit of potential. There are interesting and varied projects, there is some extremely interesting and cutting edge technology used, and also the company also spares no expense for resources. There is an extremely talented and passionate pool of developers.
Cons
There seemed to be a pattern of failing upward. Those people who clearly have no idea what they are doing tend to get promoted quickly. Therefore the management tends to be made of buddies and friends, as oppose to those with strong leadership skills. This fact tends make them all extremely insecure individuals who are quick to throw others under the bus when things ultimately go awry. The egos are huge but fragile, so it is like working with children. Because of this failure from above they can't seem to retain a strong base of clients, and the ones they have don't pay. Part of this is caused from the unprofessional manner in which the senior management interacts with their clients, and some of it is because their business practices are extremely shady.
