Pros

Fun people all around the ages of 23-26. Can get promoted quickly if you can book and hold 40 meetings with cold outbound calls. Commissions are good and there are great kickers once you book over 40 meetings. Provided training for a month ad given a script. quota in training is 5 meetings booked and held. We got summer fridays where we can leave at 2pm.

Cons

Lack of Integrity and transparency for Job Security. If you can't hit the quota you are fired. Told people if they get at least 50% they are put on probation for the next month. Also, if you get 75% of the quota you are safe or can change position within the org. The next day they fired everyone who didn't hit quota and said it wasn't just because of quota but 70 SDRs "cheated" the system and would not elaborate. Additionally, you can not change positions at 75% of quota it has to be consistently 100%. They ramp you up quickly with the quota and it changes often. One coworker was fired for requesting PTO at the end of the month. They blame everything on being a Start-up. TURN and CHURN biz model. Its basically a call center position and you have to be on zoom all day long and have to tell managment where you are going if you leave. You have to be off mute when cold callng or you might get written up. Not great health benefits. 2 weeks PTO

Run for the hills

Pros

You're completely remote, but only hire in states where it's a tax advantage. Great for a recent graduate to get your teeth kicked in and then find a better sales organization, employee churn is very high.

Cons

High pressure pump and dump sales tactics. Benefits are terrible and your laptop (which you have to buy) will have a software that tracks mouse movement, keyboard strokes, and takes 3 screenshots every 10 mins.

good peers, really bad leadership

Pros

Remote. Really smart peers (not leaders). quarterly bonus instead of yearly.

Cons

The worst leadership I've ever seen in a company. 1. HUBSTAFF annoying micromanage program that takes screenshots every 2 minutes and tracks mouse and keyboard clicks to calculate "activity level" the entire time you are logged (you have to start the clock, so they also count the time you are connected), no overtime paid tho. 2.If you leave the company, be ready to start your new job right the next day. I've witnessed couple or peers and live it myself how after give your two weeks', they just call you (HR) and make it effective immediately no matter if you've been years in the company. they don't care about your professionalism and left you with no pay for those two weeks just because you made the mistake of thinking they would have the same professional courtesy. 3.Highest rotation of people in my experience, due to recruiters and managers have hiring quota, they make you feel you are the best for the position just to get their numbers, making you fall in love with the company before join, just to hit a huge wall after you start. That is why they always post they're posting "hiring 250 more people in distinct roles", and they do it (I've seen at least 10 new hires every day for the past months) but the company still are between 200 and 300 employees since months ago, so you do the numbers. others: (minor compared with to above ones): Have to wait for benefits to starts almost 2 months after you start. 401K starts matching after a year life insurance is really low (20K from company and max 150K no matter position) You'll have to pay for your computer (not cheap depending on your role) they "pay for it" it in your first paychecks, and they make you reimburse them in your last paycheck if leave before 2 years. Majority 1 star just because there is no zero stars.
