Pros

The recruiting process was good. The recruiters really work hard to move you through the process quickly.

Cons

The CEO is super flighty. Literally everyone I talked to said to take what he says with a grain of salt so it really made working there a nightmare because I had no idea who the leader was. There is a crazy amount of nepotism. That nepotism didn’t affect me but I thought it was wierd. They will hire folks and then in a matter of months lay them off because of budgeting. It didn’t just happen to me. I’m the 3rd person that this has happened to there. They monitor everything on your computer. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind monitoring to an extent, but having to use the restroom a few time a day will effect that you aren’t at your computer for exactly 8 hours. So because you weren’t at your computer for 8 hours you have to use PTO to make that time off. Sooooo long story short I don’t think anyone should accept job offers from them. There is a real chance you will get laid off in a few months.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the hard work of our recruiting team! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Leadership plays a critical role in shaping the experience of employees, and we recognize the importance of clear and consistent communication. The perception that you couldn't rely on leadership’s direction is concerning, and we wish you would have voiced your concerns with our HR team either directly or confidentially while you were still here so we could have had the opportunity to change your experience and perspective. We understand the frustration that comes with any unexpected changes in employment status. While adjustments are sometimes necessary as business needs evolves, we aim to provide clarity and support to employees as early as possible to avoid the negative impacts you described. We take these occurrences seriously and will continue working to ensure that our decisions are thoughtful and aligned with the long-term interests of both the company and its employees. We agree that work-life balance is important. Our goal is to ensure productivity while also allowing for flexibility. We regret if this approach felt restrictive or invasive in your experience. We are continuously working to find a balance between business needs and personal comfort, and your feedback will help us revisit this. We understand your concerns and are committed to improving both the employee experience and how we handle feedback like yours. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Leadership can't hold a single thought in their head. Chickens running around without heads have had more of a strategy - it's embarrassing to work with these people. Don't believe the fake reviews they incentives for this and other websites.
