      Great work-life balance and promotion opportunity

      Pros

      I started as an SDR and within 6 months I had the opportunity to be promoted to an SDR role. My leaders have been very invested in my growth and make check on me to make sure I’m doing well. The benefits are fantastic I couldn’t ask for more.

      Cons

      Typical with most startups but some changes happen too fast and others too slow. I feel as if some problems just stay unaddressed for months. On the flip side sometimes changes are made on the spare of the moment with little notice.

      Upper Management out of touch with department SOPs. Heavy focus on CS upselling and not addressing basic client issues.

      They have a good product and the other AEs there are cool.

      Cons

      Only a handful of people hitting quota on a regular basis. They pay is unbelievably low for an AE role, I’d be surprised if there were more than 5 reps making over 130k each year. Recently segmented the AE org so some AEs stopped receiving inbound SDR support. Outbound SDRs underperform by 50% so big emphasis on self-sourcing (never mentioned in the interview).
