Pros

Remote work, SDRs book your calendar relatively full for you so you don't have to cold call

Cons

This company is great if you've been there for a long time and get great leads. They recently fired a handful of sales people so I'm assuming they again asked their employees to go on Glassdoor and add a bunch of reviews to drown out the bad ones they expect them to leave. They like to boast how much their top AE's are earning because the top AEs are given all the great deals. If you're new, your leads will be absolute trash. 1-2 person companies that don't have any need for their product. They will tell you week 1 about the performance goals, and if you fail to meet them you will be put on a Performance improvement plan. That's a lie. They just fire you and don't give you severance. They let you keep the laptop that they make you purchase on your own before starting and then they reimburse you 2 weeks later. But they take the cost out of your final pay. This company is a joke. Small start up working towards IPO but they don't offer equity to anyone. Benefits are terrible compared to other start ups. Stay away.

Pros

While I feel there are strict monitoring guidelines and the implication is made that if you are away for ten minutes from your desk you risk getting fired. Honestly that is fair. I otherwise really enjoy my work and feel accomplished every time I leave my position for the day because I know I was truly able to help people and am a source of knowledge thanks to my colleagues and leadership who helped me onboard several months ago.

Cons

The insurance is a little pricey and the change in providers recently actually meant my insurance went up by 45 dollars when I hoped the cost would go down.
