Heavy Grind Culture

Pros

-Quality product, will find contacts for most prospects. The price is a no brainer in comparison to the competition. -Simple sales process. Easy script. -There is Money to be made. commissions are solid if you can hit quota. -Solid month over month growth -Make a couple of good friends

Cons

Management is fueled by emotion. Watching a colleague get roasted on a morning meeting for asking questions they did not like was far too common. The company brags to no end about how wonderful the culture is, However its simply a high energy grind culture and nothing more. Turnover is higher then they will admit.

RUN!

Pros

Remote work environment. Some coworkers in the same position are friendly and pleasant

Cons

This company fosters an extremely unprofessional and condescending environment. Training is minimal just one day before being thrown into complex work with little support. Trainers are rude and unhelpful, and I even experienced one listening in on my rehearsal and making false, inappropriate assumptions about me, which they threatened to report to HR. The expectations are unreasonable: You must remain on Google Meet all day with your camera and microphone unmuted. Bathroom breaks are discouraged, and I was yelled at for stepping away. Only one 15-minute break is provided for the entire day. You’re required to purchase your own monitor and mouse, and if you leave within a year, you have to pay the company back for them. Overall, the culture is controlling, unprofessional, and unsupportive. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone.
