Only have good coworkers and managers

Cons

Literally everything else. There’s no future at this company, sdrs are constantly getting turned over, expectations are so unbelievably unrealistic. One bad month? Oh you’re gone. About 2 sdrs hit quota a month. NO PROMOTIONS TO AE IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS. People who have worked there for over a year just get treated like dirt.

1000+ calls a day Cold calling experience Objection handling Dealing with consistent rejection

Cons

Have to be in a google meet with entire team of 10+ off mute pitching/cold calling all dat. Theres no strategic approach to out-bounding. They give you random out dated lists of people to call all day every day. It’s a remote tele-marketing call center.

Cons

They fired me in less than 2 weeks without giving me a reason for why. I was doing everything in my power to get them bookings. They make you sit on google meet from 9-5 camera and mic on.
