Pros

Huge growth potential for your career, I was promoted to AE very quickly. Sales is a performance based job, if you perform they will give you endless opportunity to grow within Seamless.

Cons

I feel like we could retain good employees longer but I understand it's a performance based job and not everyone will be a fit.

Engaging across different departments is a key way to build on your overall professional skills and understanding of the industry. Being in software sales, success is often dependent upon all the departments working together, and Seamless offers a collaborative and creative environment. There is SO much potential opportunity to learn and skill up here at Seamless as everyone is so motivating and working together to improve every single day. It really feels like a family even with a virtual environment. Additionally, there is opportunity for lateral moves so there isn't one direct path. Given you interact with so many different departments, you are always learning about other roles and if it excites you, there may be opportunity to go in that direction!

Cons

It is fast paced and exciting, but that means you must have GRIT and be up for the challenge. Work ethic is key here at Seamless, so it is important to set expectations and hold yourself accountable. As long as you work hard, there is support to back you throughout your career.
