Given that we're fully remote, we utilize Zoom rooms as a way for employees to collaborate and bond with their teammates! We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from employees on the Zoom rooms, with teammates saying it helps them stay motivated and learn from their colleagues. However, we understand our virtual environment may not always be the best fit for everyone, which is why we are fully transparent on our day-to-day environment during the interview process. Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that.
