Cons

Sitting on a zoom call with your entire team all day. Literally 8 hours. If you turn off your camera or mute yourself you get yelled at

Given that we're fully remote, we utilize Zoom rooms as a way for employees to collaborate and bond with their teammates! We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from employees on the Zoom rooms, with teammates saying it helps them stay motivated and learn from their colleagues. However, we understand our virtual environment may not always be the best fit for everyone, which is why we are fully transparent on our day-to-day environment during the interview process. We regret that you didn't have a better experience during your time here. However, we appreciate you sharing your experience now, and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Good money, good coworkers, remote

Cons

Upper management is beyond disconnected with SDR's Quota is very high short and sweet if you do not perform to their standards you are GONE.

Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that. However, our quota is intentional and we provide all of the resources we can to set our reps up for success.
