Pros

Good job to get your feet wet. Co-workers are what keep you going.

Cons

- Upper management has their own agenda that doesn’t help the employees. They also set unrealistic standards that less than 5% of employees hit every month. - Employees get compared to other employees that are given more tools to use then you are. - company took away sequences and LinkedIn. Only thing you do is use a dialer system (you feel as if your at a call center) you need to make over 300 calls a day minimum for them to be happy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that! However, our quota is intentional and we provide all of the resources we can to set our reps up for success. Life at Seamless.AI is fast-paced since we are rapidly growing. We understand that environment may not work for everyone. We regret that you didn't have a better experience during your time here. However, we appreciate you sharing your experience, and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Pretty laid back environment. Most of the day is in Zoom rooms with your co workers.

Cons

- Upper management is out of touch with the SDR day to day. -v This work is draining. Morale is low and retention is very very low. It seems to be a hire to fire type of environment. -In my time with the company an average of 5 people were fired every month. I was hired with 15 other people and only 6 were left after the first month. - I feel like I was a victim of a bait and switch technique. -I was told I could expect $85k-110k OTE when majority of SDRs are making around $60k. -Only the top 3-4 people are doing 6 figures. -Very easy to be fired. Quota is unrealistic and stress is very high every month.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wish we had known you felt this way while you were still here so we may have had a chance to improve your experience or change your perspective. Our leaders care deeply about the success of each and every employee, and they want to see them reach their full potential. Long-term employment is our goal for every employee that joins Seamless.AI, and we have an in-depth onboarding program for SDRs to teach them all they need to know in order to build a lasting career with us. In any sales role, hitting quota is part of the job, but we look for teammates who are positive an coachable! If you're ready to put in the work, so are we! We regret that you didn't have a better experience during your time here. However, we appreciate you sharing your experience now, and will take your feedback into consideration. We regret to hear you had a negative experience with us, but we thank you for providing feedback. The SDR role is a performance-based position. We provide clear performance expectations so everyone has clarity on expected metrics. Leaders meet with their employees regularly to go over performance goals. Given that we're fully remote, we utilize Zoom rooms as a way for employees to collaborate and bond with their teammates! However, we understand we may not always be the best fit for everyone. We wish you the best and will take your feedback into consideration.
