      Pros

      -Great Culture - Solid base with uncapped commission - Pretty flexible schedule as an AE - Fantastic company to get your foot in the door entering the Tech and SaaS space, they do a ton of training

      Cons

      - Hardly any AEs hit full quota except Directors - Very cut throat and have been known to let people go without given notice - Everything is constantly changing which can be good at times but also very frustrating when something is working and then is changed the next week

      Ignore if you don't care how you're treated

      Pros

      *Decent product, that's about it. Rated one start because I had to select something. Can't pick 1/10 of one star so....

      Cons

      *YOU have to purchase your equipment (screens, laptop...$700-$1K), if you quit or are fired (which happens left and right), you don't get your $ back. That's crooked. *INSANE amount of hype (at the direction of the CEO), however once you figure things out you realize is a facade. Favorites within and they WILL fire you without warning. *Hand on the bible, I'm telling you it's a SaaS sweat shop. Some other reviewer said they should call it scam.ai, and they are not lying. You have been warned.

      It’s all about the money not the people now

      Pros

      With a lot of the teams there is a ton of great energy. Unfortunately there are some teams and managers that really do not care about the growth of other though.

      Cons

      My team is not really growing right now with the loss of our outstanding manager. We became divided and quiet rather than inspired and outgoing as we were previously. We have a new manager that doesn’t speak a ton and a team lead that barely says 5 words an entire day.
