      Great company, great product, poor leadership

      The platform is extremely cool, good benefits and half days on Friday’s

      Cons

      There’s a huge disconnect up and down the leadership hierarchy. The recruiting team had hiring goals set in place and when we met those goals, 70% of the department was let go for over-hiring.

There are numerous resources in place for employees to check in on how they're doing, and support available to help them improve.       The culture is amazing. Everyone is so genuinely helpful and the leaders make sure you will succeed. This is a dream job for Account Executives who are ready to make money.

      Cons

      If you're not ready for intense training, you might get overwhelmed. Otherwise, nothing!
