There is no clear direction or vision for the business, leading to a chaotic and unorganized work environment. This lack of leadership trickles down, affecting all levels of the company. Furthermore, it is clear that Seaport does not value long-term customers. Instead of building strong, lasting relationships, the company focuses on driving prices down by offering cheap rates. This short-term approach may attract some clients initially, but it ultimately compromises the quality of service and product delivered.
