Pros
* Flexibility - While I'm expected to work certain hours generally if something comes up that I have to shift my hours around I know I can do this without there being any problems. * Happiness - The leadership at SearchSpring genuinely cares about their team members happiness. * Participation - Everyone in the company's input is valued. We might not have input in every decision, but when we do speak I feel like it's heard. * Improvement - The company is working to improve on all fronts: culture, technology, knowledge, etc. * Team Members - All of my team members are great, I wouldn't hesitate to grab a beer with any of them after work any time. I can connect with all of them.
Cons
* Visibility - The goals for the company are unclear at times, but they're improving it. * Compensation - While I feel my salary is fair, I don't think anyone in the company outside of the founders have any sort of compensation directly related to the success of the company.
