Pros

It could be a good place to work if only they get new management - it's a revolving door.

Cons

Its commission only, they treat you and clients like a number, they work you like they own your life. They send you on appointments that are not confirmed. They send you on appointments of clients that speak a different language. They don't care they just want the appointment covered. Unlike other sales companies you do all the work and your commission is always being deducted especially in the beginning of your sales. They don't care about your commission being deducted only the fact that the company got the sale for the kitchen, bathroom, flooring. Management is nice in the beginning during the training. They call you out in sales meetings in front of the entire sales team. You will lose respect for management and the opportunity.
