Had the opportunity for a multi-task position which did keep me busy. Not totally repetitive.

Cons

People that have worked together for period of time have a bond. New employees never feel included.

Home Services performs well, however, too much influence from competing, and failing, Sears businesses.

Too much change, wonder when the company will be gutted.
