Pros

You get to work from home once a week after 6 months

Cons

It all depends what team you get on and what the people are like. The job can be quite boring at times. Most days you sit in front of a computer all day.

Pros

Training program is very thorough but no matter what you have to learn everything on the job. Great "buddy system" where a you are assigned a "buddy" to help guide you from the beginning and (if you're lucky) throughout your career.

Cons

The company asks a lot from their employees and the culture is not great. There is a lot of pressure to hit numbers when the fact is - we can't - because of low traffic in our stores. They promise bonuses if we hit the marks but the marks are just not realistic.

Pros

Work hours are decent. not much overtime work until holiday season planning. Many employee benefits. to name a few vacation buy in, pet insurance offers, employees discounts.

Cons

Depending on what Lines you are working at very demanding and unforgiving. High turnover for those positions in high volume lines. No raises in many, many years. no 401K match. No mentorship and employee development to the higher level.
