Pros

Building is beautiful on the outside.

Cons

-High stress level -corporate culture is just sad. hostile, hostile environment. employees are overworked, under compensated. NOTHING is worth this amount of stress -WHAT IS THE VISION? -highly unstable -turnover is through the roof -daily threatening emails from upper management -this place is truly a nightmare. it's unbelievable.

Pros

decent pay for recent grads fortune 500 company HQ has gorgeous campus and full cafeteria

Cons

Management could care less what's going on on the ground, they delegate cross-functional communications for bottom employees to carry out the bad news (very unprofessional). Most of the work can be automated yet I'm still using systems from the 80's keying in one number at a time manually. It takes time away for anyone to do useful analysis. No pay raise in years. People are leaving faster than they are willing to hire new employees, people left over are asked to take on multiple positions with same pay.
