cut hours poor scheduling by supervision. Eddie Lampert doesn't get it

the company has a pretty good discount program for the employees and the company is the only one in the market that still has a self-maintained service department

Cons

too many managers makes for too many directions to be turned in. Let one person deal out the orders instead of 10
