* Great culture, young startup vibe, cool people * lots of learning opportunities while working on latest tech * keeps employees engaged with lots of ERGs, fun activities and nice $120 Seatgeek perk for broadway shows

Cons

* A bit low base pay as compare of other tech peers in the city * Not much accountability and training to new managers who got promoted from IC
