Pros

Pay is good and pretty Diverse coworkers and projects to take on keep busy

Cons

Leadership is the biggest mess. Always changing. Some leaders are cruel in their incompetence. People gatekeep but have been there so long no one calls them on it. Toxic place for newbies. Race politics and justice just a black/white dynamic the rest are left to justify it or shut down.

Pros

The salary is excellent compared to other public school systems.

Cons

The culture of SPS does not help its students: it encourages disrespect and misbehavior due to an embedded woke approach that ultimately provides a disservice to students.
