Exciting company with great products. Great place to get exposed to heavy automated engineering equipment.
Cons

Seattle Safety is always looking for ways to improve and we see the value in creating a positive environment and will continue to work on a culture where everyone can perform at their best.
We strive to stay competitive with salaries by reviewing salaries on an annual basis for each department and position using local salary data. Employee performance and tenure are additional factors that are considered when reviewing and setting salaries.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are thankful for the time you have taken to leave this review. We wish you all the best in your career.
Seattle Safety strives to remain competitive with pay rates and employee benefits. When possible, we benchmark our pay rates and benefits with other local companies similar in size and complexity. We work hard to treat all employees fairly and evaluate their contributions objectively.
Negative atmosphere, poor management, poor compensation for the work put in, no encouragement or career growth. Set up for failure.

In 2017 we changed our performance review process to focus on developing career paths, training our managers on giving constructive feedback on a regular basis, and we are always encouraging our employees to bring fresh ideas on how we can continue to improve.
Compensation is now reviewed and bench marked annually for on factors that include performance, market by our area, etc. In many job categories, our compensation rates are well above average.
Thank you for your suggestions.
