Pretty much everything is a con of working here. There is NO job security. You can walk in one day clock on work for a few hours then they will send security to you saying you're fired and need to leave. This place is probably going bankrupt anyway as a few weeks ago there was a massive bank audit and a week later they fired 20 more people after previously firing over 100 people over a couple months. CEO is corrupt and definitely has issues. If an idea isn't his its not a good one, and will not be implemented. Even after all his employees tell him why an idea will not work he does not care and will continue to do it until it blows up his his face , then he blames the employees . The people in HR have no experience or business being in HR as they have no idea how to ethically run a business. Unless you plan to give your soul to this place I highly recommend you stay as far away as possible
