Pros

There's definitely a lot of opportunity with this company and it's not typical by any means. Being able to move up based on performance rather than seniority is a plus. It's hard to find a place where you actually like every single person you work with, but I really enjoy being around everyone here. The environment is positive and welcoming. The training is very helpful and the management are very hands on. You're paid exactly what you're worth here. Nothing more and nothing less.

Cons

The only real con is that it is more challenging than what most people can handle. I think a lot of people that join just don't want to admit that they aren't that great.

Pros

Chill leadership, you pretty much work your own time. Good work ethics. Cool environment. Annual cruises if you can make the cut.

Cons

Where do I even begin? I'm going to be straight up with everyone because I got mislead from the beginning. They promise huge paychecks and nice cars and retiring early, and cruises. In reality, only the rich get richer. Only the few that have been there since day 1 actually make any money. Don't plan on getting paid for at least TWO (2) months after you start. I started in the beginning of April and didn't get paid until the END of March. On that note, on one of my deals,(the biggest one) I was encouraged to reduce the customers energy rate to secure the deal, at a cost/cut to MY commission. The company does not eat any costs, it all comes out of your pay. You're only in the office for an hour before you go out, and an hour after you come back. You drive around ALL day, for someone like me, living outside the city, I could easily drive 60-100 miles a day. I was filling up my tank twice. You go door to door to door to door constantly getting told "No" because lets face it, nobody likes door to door salesmen. They want you to hit like 50+ doors a day and go BACK to them if there are any promises. You get paid the END of the next month. So IF you make sales in August, you don't get paid until the END of September, and only half what they REALLY owe you. The other half comes in residually a few years later. I started with a group of about 10 people, mostly younger, out of college, and after 2 weeks, only myself and 1 other were left. I mean, they didn't even pay for training so lets be honest. After a month, none of us were left. Even someone who had been there over a year, got fed up and left. You would honestly have better stability at McDonalds or a grocery store. BE WARNED.
