Pros
I love the culture and the job structure in general. I love being responsible for my income. Uncapped commission. Great people. A ton of fun work sponsored events and fun things to do outside of the workplace with the friends you make here. Work hard play hard environment!! There is a TON of opportunity here for a hard worker that can think "big picture." With the right attitude you will go far here! I've grown so much here personally and professionally. The company is growing fast and there are also a ton of opportunities to advance to management. I love this place. I couldn't ask for a better workplace to call home.
Cons
This is only a con to someone new. The base pay isn't the best but the uncapped commission is where it's at!! Sky is the limit when it comes to earning! You can truly make as much as you would like here if you're on a business development team.
