Pros

It is a great atmosphere for the right people. Lots of freedom to do your work without micromanagement. Uncapped commissions and having an exclusive territory puts the responsibility on me to create business opportunities.

Cons

If you are not self-disciplined this isnt the job for you. You need to make 80 dials per day.

Pros

Fun environment, understanding management, constant learning and development opportunities, food days, team building opportunities. This job is exactly what you make of it. If you have a positive attitude, then you will have a positive experience.

Cons

Call center jobs are always tough. However the environment and people make the job enjoyable. All sales positions are numbers based, so if you can't handle the pressure, I don't recommend working here. We need hard working, determined employees.
