Pretty much everything. pay is horrible. They over promise and under deliver. It's not a dependable income. No benefits until 90 days. Forget about raises. Some people here are still making $12/hr after being here for 3 years! Managers have unrealistic expectations and micromanage every task. We work really hard and do our job but we still get passive aggressive messages during the day. The managers do nothing but tell us to work and what we are doing wrong. They throw rewards at you to try to hide the fact that they are taking a bit of your soul everyday. The vibe is frat house lots of alcohol and thc and nicotine vapes
