Pros

Loved the people I worked with.

Cons

Did not get the pay I was promised during the interview. If anyone is looking to work for this company, if they offer you a bonus get it in writing. I was promised a percentage of installations when they got bought from corporate and did not receive the bonus until months later after I brought it to their attention. They did not reimburse me either.

Traditional Sales Organization with Deceitful Managers

Pros

Relaxed environment when it comes policies or professionalism. Managers leave you be for the most part if you are hitting your dials. Pizza parties, team competitions with gift cards, and happy hours for hitting goals. "Uncapped" commission.

Cons

Low base pay, no real training, minimal career advancement unless you are a yes man. Mid level managers are there to just baby sit and can't actually do anything when you need it. They preach about having a great culture and a fun work environment, but that is a lie. They do not value their employees is the real culture. You hear upper management yell and scream at mid level managers on a regular basis.
