Not everything that shine is gold

Good benefits, free lunches/snacks, private insurance, internet/gym fixed amount

Cons

* Management doesn't really care about people, they prefer let people go than increase their salary or at least heard the expectations and take actions to accomplished a real healthy work environment. * There's not good communication. * CEO isn't an open person, in real he's a clear example of a prepotent, misogamy, racist person I will say * Office management treat employees as children, saying improper comments of what of which thing will be done or not longer done according to how that person felt that day * Micromanagement and inflexibility to personal errands depend of the manager in charge

Pros

I was hired during Covid, and the Onboarding team was ready to go in the ever-changing virtual climate. Felt confident and prepared, thanks to the time that the Securelink team put in. In the interviews, everyone talked about how great the culture is here and now I understand why!

Cons

None that come to mind.
