      Was great until acquisition

      Amazing culture Great leadership Fun environment

      Cons

      The acquisition was honestly a disaster. It was obvious from the start Imprivata had not interest in our workflows or culture or people. They wanted all of us to fit into their way of doing things and shut the heck up. There was a mass exodus and I don't blame anyone for that. No idea how things will go now but the path doesn't seem positive.

      A Good work life balance

      Low starting pay and a quick salary cap. Other tech companies pay over twice as much (not exaggerating), especially since inflation has picked up. Attrition skyrocketed recently. Some management is very unqualified to manage people and would do better in other positions. Lots of gossip and blatant favoritism.
