Pros

Awesome talented people, awesome food (free), open communication culture and challenges to be addressed

Cons

Being a small company has its downsides for the employees such as: no employee association and no performance bonus based on company results

We love that open, candid feedback! Thanks for sharing your experience. On the bonus thing - we actually DO have a program based on company and individual performance! Chat with your manager or reach out to me for details. They're also on the wiki! ;) Thanks again. - Lexi Jones, VP of People

Pros

A great culture and great group of people to work with. Dogs in the office every day, free food/coffee, and happy hours every Friday.

Cons

Be ready to be a quick learner, as you get thrown in the mix of things pretty quickly.

No doubt about the need to learn quickly! Moving at this pace is certainly challenging, but such a great learning experience for us all. We have done so much to build out our New Hire Orientation and totally agree that there's still more work to do there! Thanks for sharing your experience. Lexi Jones, VP of People

Pros

Great environment, and very forgiving

Cons

A little disorganized as they were growing. I believe they were bought recently

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on your experience! SecureLink did announce a strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners in August of 2017 (more about that here: https://www.securelink.com/blog/securelink-announces-strategic-investment-vista-equity-partners/) and has undergone a lot of changes since then: We experience tremendous growth in 2018 (https://www.securelink.com/news/securelink-exceeds-expectations-for-2018-with-48-yoy-growth/) and have continued that momentum into 2019. Our growth story and investments in the team were featured on Built In Austin (https://www.builtinaustin.com/spotlight/2019/05/31/securelink-grows-alongside-remote-access-demands). We've made giant strides specifically in employee development and hope to keep that momentum going! Thank you again. Lexi Jones, VP of People
