      Awesome talented people, awesome food (free), open communication culture and challenges to be addressed

      Cons

      Being a small company has its downsides for the employees such as: no employee association and no performance bonus based on company results

      - As a software company, it could use more software developers (currently <25% of the company) - Development team is split across two continents - Development process could be more rigorous

      This is a place that truly values hard work and dedication, personal and professional development are fostered and encouraged. There are more perks than you can count, delicious free food, happy hours, and great benefits.

      Cons

      The location is extremely inconvenient, but many positions offer work-from-home opportunities.
