      Pros

      Everyone I've met has been so smart, nice, and eager to help. Great attitudes all around.

      Cons

      It's hard to get to know co-workers when working remotely, but that goes for any company these days.

      Pros

      The flexibility and work/life balance are great, I feel like the company wants to make sure people aren't getting burnt out. Everyone I've worked with is great, collaboration is awesome and I feel like it's a space when people can be comfortable with presenting their ideas. I feel like the company cares about providing opportunities for employees to learn and listens to employee feedback.

      Cons

      There have been a few growing pains but that's normal within a company.

This new reality of remote/hybrid work certainly does have its pros and cons and I totally hear you on the meetings. Hopefully, some of the changes we've made recently in our internal communications tools have helped collaboration (and maybe lessened meetings).
