Pros

Pension Pockets of good people who continue to work there even though it has gotten worse over the years.

Cons

Management does not listen to its Individual Contributors. Return to Office days continue to rise. Only a matter of time before its 4+ days and you pay to park. The office environment and meetings are no different than your at home workstation. All in-office meetings are zoom, you sit at your desk otherwise staring and working at your screen Management cannot prioritize and always gravitates towards the next shiny thing contractors tell them to chase.

Pros

Great People. Opportunity for personal and professional growth if you truly want it. Pension if you put in the time. Job is secure if you give some effort. Diverse workforce. Great WLB.

Cons

Upper and even middle management is extremely disconnected from the day-to-day; there's also a high likelihood that your direct manager won't even know what you actually do. Heavily siloed and hard to make cross-division connections. Pay is low for the relative impact to the company. 3 days a week in office for most employees but no real good reason to be in office most of the time.

Pros

Fantastic benefits package Great people to work with Comfortable office to work in

Cons

Documentation in roles is lacking, meaning processes are being forgotten because the retirees and managers aren’t making sure anything is written down on how to do anything.
