The company is facing increasing hurdles while still wanting to do things the way they used to. Too much management gets in the way of accomplishing the goals at hand.

As the economy continues to stagnate and fund expenses increase, this company will go the way of the dinosaur. They simply aren't equipped for deflation and fund withdrawals on the massive scale that will take place as people retire. Management is awful, lazy, and unbelievably political. I watched a baby boomer coworker fall asleep at her desk for 20 minutes. When the snoring became too loud, coworkers complained to me. I had to go get a manager to wake her up, so I could continue focusing on my work. They told her not to worry about it and go get a coffee. I guess the young go getters would pick up her slack. Reminded me of the guy in Office Space who says, 'What would ya say you do here?"
