Good pay, access to sky way and restaurants, there is always something to do..

Cons

If you're new you need to tough it out, you will be reminded on a consistent basis that you are new, you are replaceable, and less than other people who have worked at securian longer. It will take you a while to move up. It will take you a long time to get hired if you are contingent.

Great UX team. The best people I've worked with.

Cons

Poor leadership at the VP levels and higher. It feels like there is not a strong vision for the company's future. Very little opportunity for growth, unfortunately.
