      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Two days in office a week is more than fair. People used to come in 5 days a week pre pandemic without a fuss. Pension is what keeps me here though.

      Cons

      The technology environment is laughable. The parking ramps sum up the technology at play at Securian in a nutshell. They cannot accept a credit/debit card but you can write a personal check! In 2024! No EV charging options.

      Very very slow at implementing changes and when do turn right around and start change process again moving team member around
