None competitive culture, no pressure to work more than 40 hours. Good benefits - profit sharing, defined benefit pension. Lots of career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Lower end of on salary. Conservative culture - don't take risks, no casual Fridays. Downtown Saint Paul is kind of lame, though it seems to becoming more lively

Outdated systems (get ready to use clunky software as old as you are) Lack of innovation/growth(company rarely hires people who could bring new ideas from outside the company and no room to move up because people never leave) Low pay(very aggressive HR who try to offer much lower salary than industry standard. Within 1 yr of leaving I was making 10+ more)
