Pros
Opportunities for advancement, attached to the skyway, low cost benefits, pension, pto, and training programs are great. Constant change and trying to improve processes.
Cons
In order to be promoted you have to network, which does pays off. The pay is lower compared to competitors. Almost no one is fired, which can be a pro also, in terms of job stability, but its hard to see people in positions they aren't good at stay. Lots of rah-rah events that do help build a sense of community, but sometimes you would rather skip. It was probably just time for me to move on. (10+ years here).
