Pros

Good company and nice people to work with. If you're lucky you'll have a pretty awesome supervisor. Benefits are decent.

Cons

No one ever leaves so if you're looking to promote within good luck trying. They have two ramps in both the building but the contract for employee parking sucks big time.

They have a great in house training program and great transition to the work life from college. They do a good job of transitioning you into your new role. Benefits are slightly above average, pay is average or slightly below average.

Cons

The company is facing increasing hurdles while still wanting to do things the way they used to. Too much management gets in the way of accomplishing the goals at hand.
