Pros

We are a humble company that has been in operation for 23 years as of this review. While we are not perfect by any means, we always strive to do our best. We possess the fundamental elements for a great culture and endeavor to embody them. Making culture the focal point of our company has enabled us to grow from a single person to a team of over 70. Every day is a new opportunity to serve our employees and customers.

Cons

We are small and we make mistakes. We don’t always have the best training.

I am with Securis for more than a year now and felt that this is a right time to give a review . So far this is an awesome place for me to work, which gives me a perfect balance for work and life. This place has given me more learning than I expected. Also the management is really doing a great job , we have a mix of diversity which makes our work place even more special. The leadership team is taking securis to a next level which is really appreciable. Our CEO Jeremy has a very great vision for securis and takes us in the right direction.
