      Pros

      When you get a good reputation, you almost get to choose your workplace. And when people approve you as a good guy or a good worker you get to enjoy the most benefitting thing. Working climate, that is. :)

      Cons

      It's so big firm even in Finland that it's faceless to a worker and a worker easily gets loss in the mass. However, if you do your job well, you'll easily get spotted. Somehow they just have the skill to get goo people together

      Pros

      The work is easy. Anyone who can read and write can perform a task given at hand. No specialize skill is needed.

      Cons

      Your boss needs you to cover a shift. Sometimes, you have to blow a plant to help out your boss. If your reliefe doesn't show up, you are force to stay until your relief comes.

      At least it's a job thay's the only pro. That's pretty sad.

      Cons

      They lie to their officers on a weekly basis. no pay increase. Management does not care for their employees. Will never give out raises. If only the clients only knew what kind of poor service they provide. They just don't care. Never hire this company for any reason. All you have to do is find an employee and ask them about Securitas. Then you will know.
