Pros

Training staff are very helpful and informative.

Cons

Managers actively interfere with opportunities to advance within the company, volume of work rises seemingly exponentially, but salary does not.

Pros

Nice headquarters, clearly defined roles, active in the community, good benefits

Cons

Favoritism between supervisors and certain employees, pay is not extravagant, nor much room for advancement once you get to a certain department/position. Very strict leave/absence policy. Companies of this stature also give out Christmas bonuses, CEO stopped doing that to “save money”. Managers would rather point fingers and delegate problems to others, taking credit for the work instead of doing things themselves.
