Pros

You eventually went home, co-workers, managers left early without telling you. Lunch hours.

Cons

Worst management I have ever seen in a company. Turn over is EXTREMELY, everything is a secret, low ball pay but do more then your jobs title, lying about things, promotions go to the worst employees who are willing to throw people under the bus and are power hungry. Management is rude and disrespectful to longtime members and employees they don't like.

Wonderful co-workers, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Horrible management team micromanagement and uses threats to try and get you to achieve goals. Going the direction of a bank and away from a Credit Union environment so if you like to hear how awful/good you do several times a day on your goals and like to be threatened for your job with meeting goals this is the place for you.
