Pros

Ever since I joined the team, I've been amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone is. The managers are friendly and actually interested in our professional growth. With the help of career development initiatives and training programs, there are many options for growth available. I'm now taking part in a rotating program that is exposing me to various business facets and teaching me new abilities.

Cons

The fast-paced atmosphere might be taxing, but it motivates me to achieve and fosters personal development.

Pros

Fully stocked kitchen, unlimited pto, pay arrives on time. Validated market. They pay for good Glassdoor Reviews.

Cons

Perpetual turnover with no rhyme or reason. CEO is desperate to get to cash flow positive at all cost. The result is a "plan of the week" approach vs. a strategic vision. If you peel back the covers on any of these cyber rating tools, they lack any real context or efficacy.

Amazing Career Growth

Pros

I have personally had an amazing experience working at SecurityScorecard. My hard work has always been recognized and rewarded, and I have had significant career growth over the years. Great compensation, unlimited PTO, and work from anywhere benefits! Also an NYC office that hosts fun events every week. The product is actually interesting and solves a huge pain point the market is experiencing, so there is always a lot of activity and customer engagement. Being a leader in the space also helps us consistently win / close deals. Exec team actually listens - our CEO joins customer calls and personally asks those in the field what is working and whats not. I have seen direct change as a result of my feedback.

Cons

Obvious growing pains - we are super fast-paced, priorities change often, and we are still learning from mistakes / trying new approaches to things. Some people thrive in this environment, while others can't handle it - which is usually what scares them away.
